Jeff S's suggestion is ingenious. Unfortunately, I do not believe it exists as ONE word, even with a hyphen.

So, unless we're including proper names from foreign languages (where there is practically no limit to spelling possibilities!) I do not believe you will find any such word in English. (For that matter, I assume "Thuditowitz" is a joke. Lots of -owitz names, but I don't think you'll find that one.)

The big problem is the "Z". The ONLY 10-letter English word ENDING with a z is razzmatazz.

On the other hand, there are 46 words listed at morewords.com that are ten-letters long with 'd' and 't' in the positions you mention. The ONLY word that even has z at the end, d and t before it (in that order) and ANY number of other letters elsewhere is"ditz"

The closest word to meeting your description is "traditionalize" (d and t in the correct spots, z near the end)

---d-t*z

---------z
(=10 letters, ending in z):
razzmatazz

---d-t----
(=10 letters, with d & t as described, z not required)

*d*t*z
(z at end, any number of letters elsewhere):
ditz

----d-t*z*
(d = 4th, t=6th, z later in the word):
traditionalize
