Um....don't eat with your butt? And drink a lot of milk. It counteracts the spicy...but also...don't drink the milk with your butt.

Spices are usually ok. Avoid the acidic foods like oj and tomatoes until your stomach settles down. You may be able to go back to eating them occasionally.

I don't know about your butt, but your mouth.. eat bread, tortilla, or drink milk. Water doesn't help.

go to sam's club. and get some ranitidine. try to take it rite before or after you eat. its cheap like $6 for 240tablets.

Eating whats hot makes you hot, so if you don't like the hot maybe you shouldn't eat the hot thats making you hot.
