ok so what do you eat for breakfast or what did you have this morning? and if you have cereal, what kind do you usually have? just curious, since i tend to skip breakfast...
if i do eat cereal, i still eat the 'kiddies' kind lol i think i've got frosties, rice crispies, weetabix and fruit&fibre at home just now...although, i;d prefer a croissant over cereal anytime lol

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and I never skip it. I usually have Quaker oats oatmeal cereal, a bowl of fruit, yogurt and some sort of sugar free juice. I'm trying to find healthier breakfast options. If I had a high metabolism then I would probably have raisin croissants, bacon and eggs.

mmmmmmm! croissants are a great breakfast for me! but I almost never have them for breakfast! I usually have eggs or cereal (I go for the 'kiddies' type too!) but yeah I sometimes skip breakfast too when I have no time for it!

I ususally eat one serving of oatmeal, a glass of milk and also a piece of fruit if I have it. It is a light breakfast that won't weigh me down when I exercise, but it will also give me the endurance I need to exercise.

My "breakfast" is the same every day. I call it "The Breakfast of Champions"
Caffeine, Nicotine and Sugar !
Starbucks Quad Shot Venti Mocha and a ciggarette.

Lately I take a toast, put Miracle Whip, dijon mustard, some vegepaté, and egg and slice of cheese on top..To drink a nice glass of milk. It really does the job for me...

Some combination of meat and potatos, plus some Sunny D. Has all the protein and carbs I need to get up and get going.

Bagels and bacon. Not together. They're my 2 fave foods! Although, I still go cookoo for Coco Puffs every now and again.
