I just moved into a condo with one of these and can not turn it on!!!

two important things to check before you call for service. first check the fuses and make sure the door closed properly, often has to "click" shut to start the wash.

We had this problem and struggled with it for months, until we discovered that we were accidentally putting pots and pans in the lower rack such that they obstructed the detergent dispenser once the door was closed. Check how you are loading the lower rack, and be certain to leave enough space for the detergent door to open once the main door is closed. Good luck!
