Anyone with any experience with these stage props? They
are expensive enough that I don't want to get it wrong when
staging a fight scene. How easily do they really shatter?
Any hidden dangers I wouldn't know about? Thanks for the
help!

they shatter fairly easily, and don't hurt all that much when getting hit with one. I had to break a bottle over someone's head in a show once. We used these. You feel it hitting, but it breaks on impact. Great effect, and easy to clean up too!

The bottles are made from sugar. They are molded like a candy bottle to like the real thing,of course hollow inside and light weight and safe to use. They cost about $20 each.

just tell you actors that its a stage bottle, but use a 1 liter riunite bottle. it'll be the best crappy little play ever.
