I after an experiment that meets the following criteria:
- I record observations on and can record numerical results
- I can complete in one day
- There's a lot of information on
- Equipment is easy to get
- Won't cost much
- It'll be reasonably easy to do
- I can back up scientifically
- Can compare my results with others (e.g. do a few experiments to determine which one is the best/most effective)

take your heart rate before and after some kind of exercise. All you need is a watch and a pulse. count how many time your pulse beats on the inside of your wrist for one min. Then run for a certain amount of time and then count it again for another min. It should be way faster.

Get a RC helicopter and put a mini camra on it. Only cost less then $100 dollors
