Fighter pilot. Though the job will never completely go away, much of an aircraft's duty is to ensure the safety of the occupant. Remove the pilot and the aircraft is capable of much more using less resources or potentially endangering the life of a highly-trained human.
Elevator attendent. Sadly, I see fewer attendents every year.
TV repairman. It's generally cheaper nowadays to just buy a new one than get it repaired.
