I would use the law of cosines to find c
Then I would use the law of sines to find angle A .
Then angle B = 180 - (angle C+angle A).

Who knows what the method of Article 23 is?
I would simply use the law of cosines to find one of the angles, then the law of sines to find a second angle, and get the 3rd angle by subtracting the sum of the 1st two angles from 180.
