I know that garlic is really good for that. It helps by thinning the blood so you have better blood flow and that helps reduce high blood pressure. You can take fresh garlic or they have garlic pills you can take that you can by at any drug store near the vitamin section

There are many things that you can do to improve high blood pressure that don't involve medicine. Diet and exercise are always first on the list but there are some rather innovative products on the market that can help some people. I've been diagnosed with hypertension for about 10 years and am not the best at keeping to a good exercise regimen. I have had good luck with a product called resperate. Its a little portable CD-player sized device that helps you lower your breathing rate to less than 10 breaths a minute for about 15 minutes. It is not known why exactly this helps to lower blood pressure but it does work. Its been through several successful clinical trials and there are lots of success stories out there. I've included a link if you want some more info: http://resperatereviews.com/naturally-lower.html
Good Luck!

Yes! More than one would know. The list is:

Hawthorn Berry
Arginine AKG
EFAs
Benito Peptide Complex
Mulberry Complex
Mulberry Leaf
Fenugreek Seed
Cinnamon Extract
Cinnamon Bark
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Cinnulin PF
Glucomannan

Hawthorn Berry is one of my favorites and I like the elixir, which I put into my tea (about 25 eye drops). Also Fenugreek is good as well. All of the above are good for those of us who suffer or experience bouts with HBP. You can purchase all the above at your local health food store, but you're only be needing one, not all. My choice out of all of them would be the Hawthorn Berry, but it's all about your personal preference.

You can check out the above herbal supplements at www.swansons.com or www.vitaminshoppe.com

I buy from both places and also at my local health food store.

Please search for Dr.Don Colbert's book on natural cures for high blood pressure. He has a small book just dealing with high blood pressure remedies.

He is excellent and I used his book on high cholesterol and it really worked!

His books are in a lot of stores...just do a Yahoo search. Only costs about $5 and is full of great advice.

Garlic helps.

Hawthorn helps, especially if it is combined with coleus.

Vitamin E helps a bit, especially if it is combined with selenium.

Fish oil also helps a bit. The omega 3 DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is the active component.

Plenty of potassium helps so plenty of fruit and vegies help.

Vitamin C also helps a bit.

Coenzyme Q10 also helps.
