Do you repost those chain letters / posts in MySpace or in E-mail when they come to you?

Never. Absolutely never. I got over that one back when it was necessary to write them out by hand (my father wouldn't trust me with his manual typewriter, as I would jam the keys) and steal envelopes and postage stamps from my parents. To tell you how long ago this was, I think the postage was 3 cents at that time.
The ones that ask for money are literally illegal, but the rest are still insidious. They may promise great things or threaten bad things, but generally they do both. And the implication is that the "friends" who sent it to you will be unjustly harmed if you break the chain. On the other hand, the "friends" you send it to will be faced with the same dilemma.
And nowadays, you never know whether there is a virus or spy-wear attached. It does not need to be an "attachment" in the sense an honest email may send a picture of your friend's new baby. It can be just opening the thing that is enough to put you on some spam listing or worse.

No I hate chain letters so much they are the most annoying things on the internet! Anybody who sends them should be checked into an asylum.
And no, none have ever come true.

HELL no!!!!!!!
I hate them with a passion. If I repost one it's because I like the message, but I remove the chain letter crap. You know, like sending it to x amount people in x amount of days or something bad will happen to you.

No, I couldn't be bothered with chain letters, I have much better things to do. And I don't believe anything they say anyway :)

No, I don't. I got "bitched out" by one of my friends for forwarding chain letters so I stopped. That was three years ago.

no, i refuse to repost chain letters. mainly because i don't want to promote them. it's a cycle that would only continue if i passed it on. i don't believe in them.

Maybe, if they're a joke or something worth sharing. But I hate the ones that say "If you don't repost this.....!!!"
