You are just full of deep, thought-provoking questions today. But yes, I think everyone exercises a little restraint when they are amongst other people. Especially strangers. Who wants your life struggles and experiences thrusted on themselves when they first meet you?

yep, sure is. I stay guarded. don't want anyone to hurt me.
and i don't want to give anyone the opportunity to take advantage of me. ppl take my kindness for weakness so I come off mean and arrogant to people who don't really know me.
