Does anyone out there know what guitar, Alesana's Patrick Thompson, uses? Specifically the guitar he used at this years Warped Tour.

well, i love the band and they're awesome in warped. i'm not sure what specific guitar he uses, but the whole band uses dillon guitars.

I had never heard this band before researching this question. Why would you care to know which brand of guitar this scrawny little freak abuses? Their music is beyond awful: the most whiny, wimpy, irrelevant sell-out pop-rock I have heard in an age. Grow up, cut or grow your hair into a decent shape and admit you're listening to faddy rubbish.
That said, he appears to play a Gibson SG special, or a copy of that guitar. The fact that you cannot identify this classic and ubiquitous electric guitar and that you choose listen to this awful, derivative snot-nosed, skinny jeans-wearing, mommy's make-up box-abusing excuse for a rock band says enormous amounts about what the hell you know about music. Not much.
PS: I hate you. This is possibly the nicest answer you will get, as well.
