never...i just ask them if i have something to buy.fortunately they give me what i ask. thats why i never steal from them...I suggest you guys try asking your parents politely. but you also have to think what your parents could only afford. that is what i'm doing. for example if you know your parents can't afford the Nokia N95 just stick to the cheaper ones.i hope this helps

When I was younger I did, and I felt bad about it. My dad told me that when he was 15, he stole money from his mom and his dad caught him. To punish him, his father shaved his head bald. This was in the 70's, and my dad said he cried because he had long hair it was really humiliating for him to have to go to school the next day with a bald head, especially to be a bald teenager at a time when everyone else had long hair. He told me this story last year when I shaved my head. Anyway he never stole again.

no, but i do have an aunt who's now in her 40s that did that and still does that today. and she spends it all on junk food like lollies, chips, chewing gum, or at a pub with friends she meets there. one time, she stole her dad's money at christmas time and he was planning on giving his grandkids the money as a christmas present. over a thousand dollars worth. and another time, when her and my grandmother would clean her sister's house, they would get paid for it, but because my grandmother would get paid a lot more than she did, she would steal money from her mum's wallet and pretend it was hers.

I stole a quarter from my mom's wallet once when I was about 8 because I heard the ice cream man coming. I got caught and well let's just say that I sat with a pillow for three days and I never tried stealing from her again!

no, i was brought up to ask if i needed anything.
For anybody who has done it, if they feel guilty then maybe going to their parents and telling them, will help their conscience, also it show maturity.
Parents have to work long hours and they always want to bring up their family knowing the difference between right and wrong, they would be proud that their child came to them and was honest...

I used to ask for more money than I needed....Oh, guess that counts as stealing. Guilty as charged then.

yeah - when I was 5 years old. I wanted lollies. My dad gave me a huge lecture, but funnily enough it was my grandma that warned me if I stole, the whole family would go poor and that really scared me off.
