My palms only sweat when I'm typing on the keyboard (they're sweating right now!), when I'm playing games, or when I'm really nervous. Such as, the other day, I was gonna give my girlfriend a gift, and my palms got really sweaty.
But if your palms sweat all of the time, you should see a doctor. You may be losing too much body fluid.

yes - especially when I'm nervous. Then I can't touch anything, because it either goes sloppy (paper), slips out of my hands (plastic) or makes funny squeaky noises (folders) and people think I farted.
I hate sweaty palms.

Or when I don't have shoes on, then its my palms AND the bottom of my feet.
