looking for html code on "Submitting comments"?

I need an HTML code for someone (visitor) to leave a comment on something, click "submit" (For example) then it will refresh and the comment will be there

Here you will probably need to know server-side language and databases -- perhaps PHP and MySQL.

That's database function, cannot be done with HTML alone (where will the comments be saved at then?)

If this is on MySpace or Blogger, they should already have comment mechanisms active, you just need to read the helpfiles on how to add them to your site.
