i try to give myself the chance for ammendments, appreciates my flaws and give myself credits when i do deserve. also, i dont dwell on the past, i dont carry grudges, i live simply, i live fully and happily, i gladly accept my physical feature but i try to live a healthy lifeand of course i always try to surround myself with positive and cheerful people. i love my work, i love my annoying boss lol and i love my pets.

I write, I sing, I play guitar and violin, I make things with my hands... that's how I show myself I care. *grin* If I don't take this time for me, I get testy, my patience goes out the window, and my mouth gets mean. So... taking care of me is kinda taking care of everyone else as well. I am often told I am a *nice* person... but my temper is wicked and wrathful. I try not to let it get to that point!

By forgiving myself for all of my erroneous ways, or at least trying to. By spoiling myself with the "good things" in life.
By laughing constantly, and at every given opportunity, and especially at myself. By isolating myself, to be with me, and develop who I am, and who I want to become.
