There are some fish which i wanted to let go. Black coloured fishes whose name i don't know. They are pond fishes. Is there any one who knows how to go about doing it.Any companies willing to take/buy them?

Most pet stores or garden centers that sell ponds will normally take them from you gladly. Some will even pay you or give you store credit for them.

you can:
-take them to a pet store that sells your kind of fish and see if they'll take them
-give them to a friend that you KNOW will take care of them
-give them to the human society (they sometimes take fishes)
-if you know for a fact that this kind of fish is native to your local area, release them in the wild (but only if you know that for a fact)
-put up some fliers online or around your neighborhood
-put an ad in the classified section of the newspaper
