How can i get Direct 3d ?

I recently re-installed windows xp and everything was wiped. I've reinstalled direct x 9.0c to my C drive and for some reason im still not able to initialize Direct 3D i've checked my DXdiag and all the features are not available. Did i do something wrong?

You need to install video drivers specific for your video card.

Install your Video Card Graphics drivers.
