Cheddar
You really cant compare the two though, they are used for different things.
You would not put swiss in Mac and Cheese, or have swiss with cheese and crackers....
Just like you would not put chaddar on a Ham and Swiss sandwich.

swiss cheese is good but if u eat a lot, not so good. swiss cheese i believe is string cheese. and cheddar can be used to make grillled cheese. so i say their both good. im leaning toward cheddar. because iove cheese burgers

I never liked the Cheddar cheese, though I am a big cheeser :D My fridge can be empty but there will always be cheese in there.

Try Swiss with cooked or heated chorizo (Spanish sausage) on Cuban bread, you'll be hooked.

Cheddar Rocks!
You can use cheddar for more dishes than you can with swiss.
