You come close to treating her as "guilty until proved innocent with that last question. That's unjust, and unpatriotic.
Asking questions is NOT unpatriotic. How you ask them can be, particularly if you do it to spread rumors.
This is an unanswerable question because it assumes guilt without a trial or conviction, save that you have assumed for yourself unjustly.
