I just think that this idea i have is ...if i can say so myself...pretty good..the dead man is russian though (ohh IT"S STALIN!!) without him it will be pointless....
I am not going to use his picture i'll DRAW him..but really lifelike/piclike............ you!!

Stalin's image is not copyrighted.

He was a famous figure and if you draw the work then you create an original piece of art and so you own the rights. You can't copyright the image of someone like Stalin, but you can copyright individual pictures of him. For example the picture taken by a magazine for an interview. But, a picture of the man's statue or public images that have been seen in thousands of other source work is not copyrighted and can't be (well the statue artist might want to have copyrighted his statue, but Russia probably didn't have copyright law then).

Be original and you will be safe, legal, and the owner.
