I am not allowed to drink and drive or my husband will spank me - we agreed to this......... but:
I was drinking some while driving a four wheeler on a camping trip and he thinks I should be spanked for it, although nothing bad happened.
Do you think this is fair? After all, it was not a car and I was not on the highway.

As usual, shouts of abuse pop up at the very mention of a spanking relationship between adults. I know Tamara, and I know that this isn't a joke for her. Also, spanking isn't fun and games, either. It's a serious form of discipline to her. If you can't understand that, then you don't have to comment. No one needs your outlandish accusations against her or her husband. There is no abuse here.
Tamara, drinking while behind the wheel of ANY motor vehicle is wrong, and illegal. What you're driving or how doesn't make a difference in the law, and it shouldn't make a difference to your husband. He is right to hold you accountable as agreed, and I'd spank you myself if I were there with you.

If you personally do not like the idea of your husband spanking you as you originally agreed be it pleasure or punishment, then he needs to respect you and not do it. I don't understand why you made this arrangement in the first place. Were you drinking at that time? He isn't abusive is he? If so please get way from him & seek help. And as for the drinking, no one should be drinking and driving anything..be it a car or a four wheeler or a scooter! Just beacause nothing happened and your weren't on a road, doesn't mean something couldn't have happened or can't happen. Consider yourself lucky that nothing did and be wiser next time.

Well, I know many people who have had some pretty severe and even fatal accidents while drinking and driving four wheelers. There was still quite a bit of risk regardless of where you were. So I think I would have to say yes, you should be spanked. Anyways, it might even be fun to be spanked. I hope this helps.

Not drinking and driving is a good rule, plus it's against the law.

i guess since you both didn't specify what you classify as drinking and driving (if just in a vehicle and not with a four wheeler etc) I think anything that you have to turn with a key to start..runs on gas...would be classified as DRIVING* and both of you shouldn't be drinking and driving anything.
Not sure why you both agreed to spank* each other, and don't think I want to know..but if that's the case..then yes...you need a spanking! as you were drinking and driving!*

I think you should probably renegotiate. You've found a weak spot in the agreement which should be clarified, that's all. Since the agreement wasn't specific you should probably be allowed to get away with it this time, or perhaps make compensation in some other way (which I'm sure the two of you can work out).

This is crazy!! Spanking??? Wow! If you enjoy that! I don't think it's spanking behavior... A 4 wheeler on a camping trip doesn't strike me as much as driving intoxicated on the highways... But seriously, you're going to get tired of this stuff!!! You're letting it happen.. I think you better rethink this punishment!!! Some day you'll be trying to divorce him for abuse!!! I think you shouldn't drink and drive anything. Spanking is out...for kids and wives. Next thing you know he'll be sending you to the naughty corner. Time to grow up.

Haha you let your husband spank you? I would kick my husbands butt if he tried to spank me. But I dont think its a good idea to drink and drive (any type of vehicle)
