Hi,

On the Drawing toolbar (if it's not therre use View > Toolbars > Drawing) click the WordArt button

Enter the text you want

Click the OK button

While the text box is selected (small dots are in the corners of the text box) on the Drawing Toolbar click the Draw button (first one on the Drawing toolbar) . Then, from the pop-up menu choose Rotate or Flip > Flip Horizontal.

I would take a screen shot of the text, open it in a image program and then use the image tools to mirror the image.

Also, you printer may have a setting to print in mirror-image.

You can perfectly do it using Microsoft Word. Just insert two copies of the same images in a word document. Align them horizontally/vertically and flip one image. You can also change the rotation of the image to add more effect. :-) happy designing!
