Family member, parents, siblings, etc. get Love, Tockers.
Work memos or email get Thanks, T
Close friends that I don't really want to say "love" to will get something cheesy like Smiles, Tockers...or hugs, T.
I don't put love on just anything....Thanks for asking.
Gropes and Licks,
Tockers
(wtf?) haha

If it's family or close friends I end it with LOVE or WITH LOVE
If it's a business or an acquaintance letter I end with REGARDS

If it's someone I love I sign it "love, me" and if it's someone I hate I tie the letter to a rock and throw it through their window.

No offense, but this is not a good question. It depends on what kind of letter you are writing; business, personal, sympathy, etc...
