Fill in the blank...

I'll get you started: If Al Gore were president, there would be no more global warming (because he would invent an anti-global warming machine and sell it at Sears).

Oh, and let's hope he doesn't choose Michael Moore as his running mate. That would be bad...very bad. We would all have to move to Canada and pay 68 percent income tax in order to pay for our "FREE healthcare"!

Oh - there is just so much ignorance here it is difficult to know where to start.
1. There would still be global warming - but there would not be the US deliberately undermining global attempts to resolve it.
2. Al Gore already has a company selling carbon credits. He buys carbon credits for his own jet travel and electricity usage.
3. Al Gore has never claimed to have invented anything.
4. Canada's top income tax level is 29% federal tax and 17.84% for the top provincial rate. Hence the maximum marginal rate can be only 46.84%
5. Canada's total (government plus private) average cost for health care is just over half what it is in the US and they still get a better health system than we do.

LOL If Al Gore were president, he would open the border and none of the good that we've accomplished would matter any more. It would be destroyed with the NAFTA highway running through our natural forests and destroying more land. He supports Amnesty for Illegals - a true Democrat through and through. Need I say more?

Besides, did he ever decide to run?

You are correct, that would be his only way out of the lies he has told about GW, and would not surprise me at all , if that machine blew hot air, just like him. After all, the guy said he invented the Internet, hope he does not have all us non Gore supporters disconnected.
