I could not believe my eyes today. I was driving along, coming up to a set of lights where I noticed a car turning right. It was stationary, waiting for the green signal, when the passenger rolls down his window, and THROWS OUT an aluminium can onto the road, then winds up his window again!!! I thought this kind of behaviour went out decades ago - as a child I was always told to put my rubbish in the bin....so when did the rules change???

That's the human race, friend. Many humans are digusting pigs who could care less if the environment suddenly crashed because of pollution. We are probably one of the few million who actually care.

The rules didn't change. There will always be people who break them though. Some "because they can", some because they just dont care.

the rules never changed... for people like that, it's a perfectly acceptable thing to do; because they were raised to not know any better (real shame, isn't it?)
