Used to go fishing with the children but we always put the fish back. The last time we went, hooked a very large softshell turtle and after getting hook out and releasing, it was a unanimous decision not to go fishing again. The children didn't like the large turtle being snagged.

I love fishing! Especially with friends. There is a largish pond just outside of the town, that is full of big fish! However, the sure chance of a sunburn is not so wonderful.

yes...long ago,when i was a kid,my dad would take me fishing and we had the best times ever. Hes been gone over 20 yrs now,and its just not the same.....
