Assuming all players were in their prime, on a hardcourt Serena would beat all of them fairly easily. On grass Navritilova would be the only one to challenge her. Serena would struggle with the serve and volley game which is so uncommon nowadays even on grass. On clay Evert would be the only one to challenger her. Evert was a claycourt specialist and clay is Serena's weakest event.

On any given day though Serena would be the best all-around player for the simple reason that she would utterly overpower all of them. Remember that the sport has changed in recent times and the "power game" that is common today didn't exist before the late 90's or so.

Steffi Graf and Monica Seles were the first two players in the women's game that played the game that we see today. Those two (in their prime) would still be able to challenge or even beat Serena, Venus or Justine, but King, Navritilova or Evert played in an era where players didn't play like that.

For certain, I know she'd beat them all because of one single reason, She has an all around games but everyone in the list dont. If you look at their game its either serve and voley or baseline player with no power. Take a look at the service record and you would see venus and serena upthere and everyone else down the list. I'm sure we'd never know but if I have to guess, yes she'll beat them all and maybe destroy some of them.

I believe she could beat Billie and Chris.

However, it would be tough for her to beat Martina Navratilova. lol..She is a fighter and hated losing. Martina looks like she want to play against the William sister's anyway. lol. Martina always seemed to hate players who played as good and as aggresive as she did. If you are a soft player, she didn't have much hate for you. lol

I was a fan of Martina's though, even when her and Chris played against each other. Chris was too soft for me, she's the Dorothy Hamilton of tennis. lol. I hope I'm making sense.

I think if you put those players in the same time frame, gave the training and equipment that exists today, they'd be challenging Serena all the time. In the same manner, if you put Serena back with wooden rackets, and no training, again, she'd fit in with the best back then.

The games has changed a bit but I think if all were around playing today they would fight it out among themselves. They are exceptional players and I am sure they have surfaces that they are better at than the other. They would share wins.

Even though Serena is a man, I would say no.
