Micheal Turner or Cedric Benson?

Turner: Has taken advantage of his chances and could start the Chargers and make the Probowl if L.T. wasn't in his way, but I hear he's getting more carries this season

Benson: Starter as it is, rushed for more yards then Jones in the final 7 games, and got injured in the Superbowl, now has a chance.

Who would you start?

Michael Turner...unless he gets injured and gets as wimpy as Benson has proven to be....then it's a toss-up....

I would rather have Michael Turner over Benson. Michael Turner is a complete all around back. He may be smaller than Benson, but is a very good blocking RB along with a solid pass catcher. Add the fact he's more of a team player with no character issues. He also for the smaller back has been more durable.

Benson is a good RB, but has had his share of injury problems. He is a bit flaky with his work ethic (as justified at UT & Midland Lee). His talent is absolutely unreal and he could be a Pro-Bowl caliber back. Isn't quite the blocker that Turner is either.

I feel like you need two quality RB's in this days NFL! When the defenses are huffing in the 4th you need that second sledge hammer or dart! Put that team away!

I would go with Cedric Benson, at this point, just for the fact that i have seen more of what he can do.I haven't really got to see much of the chargers games and all that high lights of the chargers is LT so yeah, ill got with Ced right now and as for him getting more yards then Jones i find it hard to beleive but i guesss anything is possible...becuz in my mind, Jones is a far better running back then Benson and the bears aren't very smart for cutting such a player as Jones ,but i think he can do just as well with his new team if their line is willing to work for him...

definately cedric benson, hes a hard runner between the tackles but has plenty enough speed to break it to the outside. He scores with ease inside the 20 and i think he could get a good 10+ td's this season, plus over 1200 yards... turner might get maybe 2-3 td's if lucky and maybe 300 yards...

benson is a good back but he's is young and already had a few injuries, dont know about his durability. Turner is nasty but usually comes in after LT has tired out the defense. But overrall, i'll prob go with benson.

Michael Turner the burner for sure...yeah he has the better offesive line but he isn't as selfish as Benson holding out from his rookie mini camp for money....Turner puts his team first.
