1 baby wipe won't clog a toilet, either he lied and flushed something else down there as well or it's not clogged.

If it's still in there and you didn't flush the toilet, take it out, if you call a plumber then he has to take it out, it's your baby?
Apparently the toilet isn't plugged, yet?

The weight of the water MIGHT blow the wipe thru (and it might not) so be ready with the plunger to put some umph into it.
