no one is changing the constitution. The people of America have done a dandy job of twisting the constitution to get their way. It's their ticket to get whatever they want, whenever they want. People are trying to put the constitution into focus, to help us realize the main point each part of the constitution is. So, to answer your question, yes. Rant away, my friend, just make sure not to cross the line into threats, slander, etc. But is Alito part of some top secret pro-bran muffin conspiracy? nope.

Only time, place and manner can be restricted Constitutionally. I do not see our Supreme Court messing with that.
Oops, I left something out. To be specific. The state must have a compelling interest in restricting free speech. It would not exist in the Muffin v. Vermont case.
