Yes! Very cute :)
I like Jayna because it's a spin on a classic name. And Adelyn is fresh and has a beautiful flow. Very nice combination!

Or if you mix the two you get a really cute name, Jayda Lynn? but Adelyn is really unique and pretty cute. Not so sure about Jayna though :S

It flows well together, although I don't really like the name Jayna in general. If you're going to use it though, it sounds nice with Adelyn.
