because normally a swimming pool as a much lower temperature than your body...although you may be swimming for long periods of time your body still regulates a high temperature normally about 98.6...so when you get out and use the restroom its warmer because your body externally is still the same temperature as the pool if not lower where as your urine is still 98.6:D...odd question by the way..lol!

It isn't hotter, it just feels. The human body tends to cool down after swimming so when you go out to pee, the urine feels warmer than your body.

Cuz u just cought somthin nasty in the pool. Kids a nasty they'll do and go anywhere at anytime.
never had the experience stop going to public pools.

haha. i would guess maybe beacuse you were exercising in the pool and your body became hot, making your pee hotter? lol
