A little recipe I came up with. Put quick oatmeal, straight from the box, in a bowl. Add cereal, like low-sugar cornflakes. Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar substitute. Add Silk Soymilk +. It's so sweet & tasty, & really good for you. Oatmeal lowers cholesteral, cinnamon helps balance blood sugar, corn flakes add vitamins, & the soymilk gives you calcium & vitamins. Give it a try!

Those chocolate covered Entenmann's donuts, especially if they've been chilled in the fridge for a while already. Definitely not as good at room temperature.

Cereal is my comfort food, but ice cream is my very best friend. I love a good quality ben and jerry's or blue bell, hagendaz, or godiva's, or ice cream sandwiches, Klondike bars......oh, I have to go now, something in the freezer is calling me.
