what kind of fish?

Question

what kind of fish is as fun to have as an oscar but is not so aggressive with other fish in your tank?
a fish that wont kill your other fish but will eat little fish you feed it

I'll show you what I have, and they have wonderful color, and good personality. I just bought a group of Taiwan Reef cichilds. When you get a male in the group, his colors will REALLY come out. They are very peaceful overall for cichilds, and they have quite the personality. They act very similar to Oscars in that when I go to the tank, they swarm to the place I am at waiting for food. One of the bigger females will just sit right there on the top even when I open the hood and not run.

They get to be about 4-5 inches, are a materal mouthbrooder too. They tolerate other non aggressive cichilds well. I have a pair of mbuna's, psuedotropheus elongatus's to be exact, and four Yellow labs in there, no fighting at all. Granted this is a 180 gallon set up, and there are also Arowana's on the top, you may not have as much space as I do, but these fish are some real gems.

You might want to specify what other types (and size) of fish you have - this could make the difference between getting something that will eat them, or will leave them alone.

Black ghost knifes are nice fish and can be kept with alot of other fish. they can be hand fed and if you get a large enough one they will proberly eat feeder fish. they are also very entertaining to watch, because they smin so irregulary

there are a veriety of fish you could get no betta fish or fresh water angle they are fighters
gold fish are common and if you dont wat to clean you tank alot get a pacostimis(idk how to spell it)or sucker fish a few little fish i know them as neons idk if tats their name but w/e pelekin fish are nice and big too
ask an assistant for more help
