The morning is the best time to take a pt because the urine is more concentrated and thats also when the HCg levels are a littler higher ,but if you miss the morning then wait 4 to 5 hours for the HCg levels to build back up and you should be able to get the same accurate result .But i personally would suggest taking a blood test !

They say that first morning urine is the best as it has a higher concentration. I didn't know that at the time I took mine which was at night but the very obvious positive result showed up. If you are testing before you have missed period yet I would do it in the morning. If you are already a couple of days late time of day might not make a difference.

If you use the first urine of the morning (whatever time you usually get up) then it should be pretty accurate. This is the one that has the most hormone in it as it hasnt had a chance to get diluted by whatever you have been drinking during the day.

The tests suggest morning but the reason for that is you will have at least 6 hrs without voiding so the concentration of hormone will be at the highest without possibly being diluted from drinking.

Early in the morning when you first get up and use your first urine of the day. The pregnancy hormone is strongest at that time.

If you read the instructions it will tell you it is best to use first morning urine. I took mine 2 days before my missed period at night and still got a possitive. It all depends on how much HCG is in your system.

Assuming that you sleep a normal nighttime schedule your first pee in the morning is the one to use- it is the most concentrated so will have the most pregnancy hormone in it.

first thing in the morning... I've been told by my doctor. for some reason the hormones are more abundant in ones urine, so the test will be more accurate
