Depends on where you're coming from. My favorite tool is their Trip Planner, just go to www.yourcta.com and use the link (should be on the right side of the screen). You enter your starting & ending destinations, as well as some other basic info, and they give you detailed directions. If you'd rather talk to a person, call their help line at 836-7000. From where? 30 W Huron is pretty much smack downtown, so it depends on what side of town you're coming from as to which train to take.
