1. Living a life of non contradiction would be the quality I value most because at least this way their actions are predictable and such people have a foundation from which their life is led.
2. A trait I appreciate the least in people would be people's dependence on other's to get to where they are today.

Somebody said "Nature abounds in qualities that we seek in ourselves" !
Right now, the teaming up seems to require just the compatibility (other motivations come with instinct of survival) !
