I ususally keep it inside, then it gets to be too much and I explode . . . not good.

Wow. First of all, I'd like to start by saying that I truly look up to you. You seem like you have endured SO much. Seeing and hearing about believers like that motivates me to grow closer to God. I have to say that in comparison to that, I have had a pretty normal life. Sometimes I get frustrated because I'm not able to hear Him, but it's usually lack of communication on my part. I'm not listening "hard" enough. I get weary and just feel like it's a lost cause to even try, but it's at those times that I can get the closest to Him. I'm pretty sure that He LOVES when we cry to Him in our lowest times. When we can truly surrender something that is between us and Him, He can really move mountains in our lives. He is so amazing, and I hope that He can soon do some healing and mending of your heart. He will be there for you not matter what!! You should listen to two songs if you have access to some sort of downloading software. Everlasting God by Chris Tomlin and From the Inside Out by Hillsong United. I'll keep you in my prayers. :]]

Old fashioned pressure cookers built up enormous amounts of pressure and could explode causing major damage until a valve like divice was designed that let the pressure off a little at a time to keep it under control. That's the way I am, I don't explode, I just let a little off at a time. Unless I'm alone. Then a good old fashioned throat ripping primal scream really feels great!

I TRY very hard to NOT let anger get the better of me ... but when there are those individuals whose SELFISH, ME FIRST -- don't care and won't work for anything start pushing my buttons (and pushing me around or making demands for things and service ...), then ...
I usually give FAIR WARNING through a very polite REMINDER that they are overstepping and needing to use some MANNERS around me ... turn around and ... if they continue ..
THEN ... and only then ... do I let them know in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS how their BEHAVIORS are perceived and how SELFISH and RUDE that they are in this situation at hand.

I keep it in, but I really want to find someway to let it out.
When I'm upset, I can feel it coming on (I literally feel myself getting hot from the bottom of my feet up to my eyes), and it scares me so I start shaking....it's turned into a physical thing and I don't think it's healthy for me to feel it like that.
I was seeing this guy that used I needed to let my anger out my cursing. *lol
He used to say, "One day some kid's gonna blow something up and people are gonna say, 'I wonder what his problem was,' and I'm gonna say, 'He didn't cuss!'"
**LOL 2x's
hahahahha.....

I let it out. In case you want to know, a couple of days ago, the computer froze so I slammed the little door that the computer is in (the computer not the dextop) and the door fell off. My mom was so mad.

if you are angry whatever you do please do not hit something because it teaches you to violence in the long run. I take 3-5 deep breathes and that should calm you down. Dont keep in because the smallest thing can trigger an explosion of anger.
just chill and relax!

Keep it all in until I can't stand it any longer.
Then I go to your gym, shout & kick & hit (really hit) the sandbag. Everyone knows me at the gym so they all started yelling & encouraging me which makes me even more excited!!
