As far as a broad range of talent i would have to say Prince for guitarist. (I am not a fan, but he can do some mean stuff with the axe) I am a fan of Eddie VH.
Best drummer would be Jimmy Chamberlain from the Pumpkins. Favorite would be Tommy Lee.
Singer would be Chris Cornell of Soundgarden / Audioslave.

The best guitarist is without a doubt Jimi Hendrix.
Best drummer: Lester Estelle (Pillar). (Probably not the best, or anywhere close for that matter. But he's my favorite.)
Best singer is probably Frank Sinatra. You could make an arguement for Elvis.

I don't have a preference for drummer or singer, but on the guitar, it's a toss-up between Stevie Ray Vaughn and Joe Satriani.
