It rained real bad here a few days ago and I ended up driving through high standing water. The next day, my truck started squeaking when I sat in it, turned the wheel, or hit a speed bump. What is going on? Any advice would be great. It is a 1996 Ford Explorer.

You got water into either the outer tie rod ends or the ball joints. Go to your local parts store and buy a mechanics stethoscope, have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you listen to the different components, it should be really easy to identify the source of the noise. Depending on the source of the noise fixing it shouldn't be a big problem.

water in the ball joints. Oil and water repel each other so somewhere you are getting a metal to metal contact. The bumps make me think the ball joint but then the turn makes me think tie rod end.

thats your bushings squealing for some lube buddy. might want to check your differential fluid too. water in your diff= not good. your transmissin fluid too if the water was high enough to go over the breather.
