I did...17 years ago. We finish each other's sentences, we share a comfort that can only be understood by those who have grown up together.

Marrying your highschool sweetheart is a gift. Beginning life together and making it through births, deaths, military deployment & war, job loss, bills, ADHD kids, car accidents, depression, injuries is RARE.

Instead of running away during the difficult times... we've built a strong, solid foundation and always turned to each other. We're the best of friends to this day.

I hope my Sons have a highschool sweetheart to marry some day...

Yes I did. As of August 12,2007 (coming soon) we will be married 18 years!!!! We are very happy and have 3 kids. A marriage is something you have to work for VERY hard. My sister has been Married and divorced and remarried already. She is 10 years younger than I. My husband has 2 brother, both of which have been married and divorced. I worked hard to get my man and I be damned if I'm going to just give him up!!!! Fight Fight Fight!!!!!!

My wedding vows meant something!!

NO! I think that would defeat a big part of growing and learning in life. By sticking it out with the old, safe, and secure how you can you evolve and grow very much with that??? Things just got to end when its their time, in my opinion!
