My 3 year old son deleted it, and i can't seem to find it.. don't know how to get it back.. ?

I can delete items, but the trash can is just not visible?

I also have widows vista, if that makes a difference? (i tried right clicking the desktop, don't see properties there in the list.. only personaize.)

You can't delete the Recycle Bin, so I guess you mean restore the contents.

right click on desktop, click properties, then click the desktop tab find the customise desktop and add the recycle bin back that way.
