Can someone tell me whose symbol is whose in Star Wars?
There are two symbols in the Prequel Trilogy, one of which stands for the Galactic Senate, and the other stands for the Jedi Order. Trouble is, the websites that I go to for Star Wars stuff seem to contradict each other on whose is whose.

The first symbol looks like a rocket with arms on each other, with a cogwheel in the background, a holder-looking thing on the bottom. See it at : http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gallery_of_insignia%2C_logos%2C_and_symbols 7th row down, far left one.

The second symbol looks like a spire on top of a six-point star connected at the bottom by a half-semicircle of what looks like waves, three on each side. A circle is around the whole thing. See it at: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gallery_of_insignia%2C_logos%2C_and_symbols 12th row down, 2nd from the left

Can anyone tell me positively, absolutely, whose is whose with as many references as possible?

These symbols are discussed in the books and magazines.
1) Is the Rebel Alliance Symbol. It was used in Episodes IV-VI. They put it on all the Rebel Ships and helmets.

2) This represents the Galactic Senate. It is used in Episodes I-III. You can see it on the Senate Transports in the Senate. This symbol was later turned into the Imperial Symbol which was used for the Empire in Episodes IV-VI.

Yes, the first one you mentioned is the Galactic Senate.

The second symbol is what I thought was the Jedi Order as well--and I would say yes it is.
But, it is also used for the EU book series, Legacy of the Force. Take a look at the inside cover of the newer books and you will see some of the same symbols representing the series of the EU eras. The Galactic Senate logo is used for the prequel books.

He was born a living being then got in a shuttle accident and Count Dooku turned him into a cyborg. Technically he is not a robot, he just has a robot body.
