I bought a new phone and a Jabra Blue tooth ear piece from T-Mobile. T-Mobile won't even give me a receipt that breaks out the product so I can give it to Jabra... Jabra will replace it once but the thing just quit working in less than 60 days and I had to make 11 phone calls trying to get the thing replaced ... it's been three weeks and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile if the new one quits working I'm just out of luck because T-mobile will not give me a piece of paper saying I bought it... They just gave me a piece of paper saying I spent $284 on equipment - nothing specific... for this I want to get out of the contract... what can I do?

Tell them adamantly that if they don't appease you, then you will go to their competition like Cingular, and they will never see another dime. They are not going to sue you over a measly contract that really doesn't hold water in court, and assure them that you know how to refute credit blemishes on line with Equifax.com.

They really hate it when you say you are going to their competition. Because a satisfied customer tells 5 people, and a dissatisfied customer tells 50 people.

You only have 15 days to break contract with T-Mobile. After that you are subject to the cancellation fee.
