This is a hard age to find a compatible guy, and then I have heard the most compatible couples have IQs within 5 points of each other's.
So where are the really smart, in the, what, 0.005 or so percent of women in the the U.S. population, supposed to find a compatible guy?
Advice, please.

Most intelligent people belong to professional or technical societies, attend classes, go to trade shows, conventions, etc. Many of the people I have met hiking and birding are pretty smart. Try volunteering in some group that interests you.

If you're really as smart as you think you are, then you would have been smart enough to appreciate the value of, and to be able to get, a professional degree. At your age, then, you would be working with lots of professional men of equal intelligence. If that is not the case, then maybe you are among the great majority or people who think they have an above average intelligence (which is logically impossible). There are such things as big fish in small ponds but, more likely, you are working with people who are your intellectual peers, whether you believe it or not. I would then suggest looking a little deeper at them rather than broader at others. Maybe you'll find one to appreciate.

Most men that are your age ( especially the smarter ones) have become skilled hunters. They have studied the arts of seduction and already have the next woman lined up. If you put the same kind of enrgy into pursuing the male of your choice ( especially the smarter ones) you will catch them off gaurd. You'd better have a good plan what to do with them, though, if you do catch one. At that point wasting time is the most off putting thing you could do.

If you truely have an IQ that high, try MENSA. Everyone in Mensa has an IQ in the top 2%.

IQ is not a measure of intelligence. for example, autistic ppl can have extremely high IQ scores but...
Join mensa or something. they might have Brainiac dating nights.

Women like manly men, and if you aren't somewhat sexy, you aren't going to stand a chance. You dont post that you are looking for sexy women, you just post smart. But chances are, you aren't going to accept one without the other.
