You found √192, not √196.
196 = 2² * 7², by factoring.
So √196 = 2*7 = 14.
Your error was 64*3 = 192.

I'm totally baffled! The second line of your work contains the answer you seek.
(rt.64)(rt3) = (rt8)(rt8)(rt3)' = 8(rt3). Note that (rt8)(rt8)=8

What baffles me is that if the question is to find rt196, the answer is 14!
rt196=(rt4)(rt49), =2x7 =14

8rt3 ==(rt64)(rt3) = rt192
