I have a very healthy tank and a few months ago, added two Bolivian Rams. One is not as colorful as the other, but has the same basic markings. It has recently been sitting at the botom of the tank and swimming very little.
Any ideas why? It has a small pouch underneath, but I would think not large enough to be pregnant, could I be wrong?

It's certainly not pregnant as these fish are egg layers. Please add some additional information about the appearance and location of the pouch you see and hopefully we can help you figure out what's wrong. If possible a photo of the problem area would be great.

Test the water first, if it's ok, then re post the question. Check for NO2, NH3, and Ph. Water chemistry is always the first variable to discount because, in 3 out of 4 instances like this, water chemistry is the culprit.
