I'm planning a trip with my boy friend really soon and we both want to go there but I heard in all the casinos you have to be 21 because they're also bars? I just wanted to make sure because I'm only 18 and I know there are tons of things to do in Las Vegas, but lets face it, that's just something you have to experience while there.

It's 21 years of age. Should you decide to take your chances and then hit ---the big one----don't be surprised when you don't get your money. There are cameras everywhere and they always check the tape for the big, big jackpots.

It's usually 18 on the Indian Reservations. Off the res it's 21.

If your not 21 then there really is no point in going to vegas except for the shows.

It's 21, and you can be asked for ID at any time by whichever employee feels like asking... I was escorted out of the MGM Grand for gambling underage - and I was nine days away from being 21.

you have to be 21 no exceptions......las vegas is no fun if you are not 21. go somewhere else and come back in 3 years so you can really enjoy sin city

Isn't it sad that you can die for your country at 18 but you can't gamble in LV or drink until you are 21?

I would not suggest trying to gamble. I was held in the seucirty office for an hour, kicked out of Bally's, and they took away my winnings of a big 5 dollars.
