Anyone think its amazing that the left want Bush tried for war crimes for invading Iraq with congressional approval.
But then they defend Clinton and don't think he should be tried for war crimes, after he invaded/attacked:
Serbia
Iraq
Afghanistan
Haiti
Kosavo
Sudan
All without either Congressional or UN approval.
Can you say hypocrites !!!!!
And the federal appeals court just ruled last week, that Bush did not violate the law with his NSA wire tapping.
And just how could the President step over the line, by commuting someones sentence, when that is a constitutional power of the president. that makes no sense at all.
And im still waiting for anyone to tell us, just what lies Bush told, to get the US in Iraq.

President Bush gets impeached for something. it truly is in basic terms the present fad to impeached lame duck presidents. Clinton became impeached, yet no longer convicted. Bush will stay in place of work to the tip of his term. As commander-in-chief, he's to blame for the arm service's habit. If he had or has sitting orders to apply torture or violate the Geneva convention, he would be ultimately tried for warfare crimes. He could be tried whilst a sitting president via the UN. no longer likely, yet attainable. Democrats could use that as a gamble to get their policys by to regulation. the likely reason to question is falsifying the intelligence maximum suitable as much as the Iraq warfare. it will be a vote of no self assurance. it truly is going to in basic terms take place if Republicans start to distance themselves from the president. once you pay attention maximum suitable Republicans critizing the presiden in this, you realize impeachment is coming. i think of the totals so a techniques, the U. S. has killed greater human beings than Saddam in Iraq...i think of the U. S. is likewise forward in torture too. it is progression.

I am no fan of President Bush, but I am really not sure that he has done anything impeachable. Lying to the public is not a crime. It's not acceptable, but its not a crime. Especially because we can't expect full disclosure on intelligence information.
The administration has definitely pushed the bounds of the Constitution. However, I'm not sure that in say the warrant less wire taping George W. Bush actually broke any laws himself. Also, having the Supreme Court over turn action is not the same as committing an illegal act.
I think that impeaching Clinton was a stupid political move and honestly no one would be screaming about impeaching Bush if that fiasco hadn't happened. Yes, Clinton technically committed a crime and yes, he showed that he has the morals of pound scum, but getting from shady lands deals to blow jobs in the oval office was just a ridiculous investigation. It was not Watergate.
Impeachment is only for the most serious of actual crimes. Show me a President who is committing treason, embezzling money from the Treasury and I'll support his or her impeachment.

It does not matter. Its politics in the 21st centuary. Remeber the Republicans tried to impeach Clinton for getting a BJ. Both parties have made a mockery of our nation, and the only thing matters for impeachment anymore is party affiliation. If a Democrat is president, and the Republicans have the house he must being doing something to be impeached and vise versa. Screw the parties, but god bless America

George W. Bush has intentionally misled the Congress and the public regarding the threat from Iraq in order to justify a war against Iraq, intentionally conspired with others to defraud the United States in connection with the war against Iraq in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 371.
George W. Bush has admitted to ordering the National Security Agency to conduct electronic surveillance of American civilians without seeking warrants from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, duly constituted by Congress in 1978, in violation of Title 50 United States Code, Section 1805.
George W. Bush has conspired to commit the torture of prisoners in violation of the "Federal Torture Act" Title 18 United States Code, Section 113C, the UN Torture Convention and the Geneva Convention, which under Artcle VI of the Constitution are part of the "supreme Law of the Land".
George W. Bush has acted to strip Americans of their constitutional rights by ordering indefinate detention of citizens, without access to legal counsel, without charge and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the President of a U.S. citizen as an "enemy combatant", all in subersion of law.
In all, George W. Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President, subversive of constitutional government to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States. He is guilty of usurping a power which the laws of the land did not give him. He has exercised his power, be the same usurped or legitimate, to the detriment of every citizen of the United States.

There are no charges that can support impeachment. The Dem know this and that is why there have been no bills of impeachment offered. Pelosi and Reid don't want to make fools of themselves or their party in an election year.
